A little out of town but nice comfortable rooms and very friendly helpful staff.
Thw hotel itself is the best in Chiangmai although its location is awkward as it isolated and it requires a tuk-tuk ride to anywhere in the city.
Good value all round hotel. Would definitely stay there again. You have everything you expect from a good hotel management chain. The hotel lacks in ambience however it is not selling itself as a boutique thai hotel experience. The hotel also is a little dated but not tragically so. Would definitely stay there again.
